Programme and Marketing Manager (1 Year contract, up to 30k)

Working Time: 9 am – 6pm    Monday to Friday


Working Location: Tsim Sha Tsui & Mainland China Office


Salary: $30,000


 


Job Duties:



  • To assist in planning, development, and execution of promotional campaign for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Culture and Arts Festival 2024 (GBAF) hosted by Hong Kong, the other programmes to GBA cities and the Hong Kong Pop Culture Festivals (PCF)'s programmes

  • To assist in development of comprehensive marketing and promotional strategies across various channels and platforms for the GBAF and PCF programmes

  • To assist in the development and execution of fresh approaches for curating cultural exchange initiatives and brand building for the GBAF as well as Hong Kong Artists/Arts groups

  • To oversee budget management, prepare analytical reports, and drive tangible and measurable outcomes aligned with established goals, while remaining adaptable to changing environmental factors and making necessary revisions as needed

  • To liaise and collaborate with local artists and arts groups for programmes to the GBA cities

  • To assist in establishment and growth of networks with emerging venue operators, arts organisations, educational institutions and festival organisers in the GBA cities;

  • To supervise subordinate staff, if any; and

  • To perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors when necessary


Job requirement:



  • Be a resident of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region

  • Possess a bachelor's degree awarded by a recognized Hong Kong university or equivalent; preferably in Arts or Business management;

  • Level 4 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the HKDSE or HKCEE

  • At least 8 years of work experience; preferably experienced for the roles involving the promotion and brand development of projects, events, and/or festivals, while 4 years of experience working at supervisory

  • Have proven experience of preparing and negotiating agreements/contracts for public events related to performing arts management; and

  • Be fluent in Cantonese, Putonghua and English; and

  • Outbound/ overseas work experience is preferred
